Surviving the Second Wave with Liz Crowe – A Podcast

Tonight in the UK a second COVID lockdown was announced.

For many of us, whether working in healthcare or not, this year has been one to forget, and the advent of this second wave reinforces that we are nowhere near done with coronavirus just yet.

In this podcast I discuss with Liz Crowe potential strategies to continue to cope with this strangest of times. Don’t worry, resillience isn’t mentioned, but just simple things we can all do to just keep on keeping on.

Don’t forget you can also listen to the podcast on Spotify and Apple Podcasts and we’re always grateful for your ratings and reviews wherever you listen.

Take care,
