Cancellation policy for events.

St Emlyn’s reserves the right to cancel any event if there are insufficient applications for a programme to be viable. In the event that we cancel an event we will refund registration fees in full. We will not be able to refund travel/accommodation fees.

No charge will be made for cancellations received more than 4 weeks before the event. 60% will be charged if written cancellation is received between 2 and 4 weeks before the event.

Charges in full will be made for cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event. We are always happy for substitute delegates to attend but replacements should be advised to us in advance if at all possible in order to avoid any confusion.
