How would you describe the skin finding before naming a diagnosis? Uses morphology and distribution, relevant history and actual examination findings; states limitations of image-only assessment.

Which finding would change the urgency? Identifies systemic illness, rapidly progressive pain, blistering or mucosal involvement and the need for prompt assessment.
