Ask the candidate

What would your vascular summary include? Side, perfusion, pulses or Doppler signals, motor/sensory findings and any tissue changes. States urgency and the next assessment without allowing an isolated ABPI to override concerning symptoms.

How is ABPI calculated? Highest ankle systolic pressure for that leg divided by the highest arm systolic pressure, using a rested supine measurement.
