What is your cardiovascular summary? Relevant positive findings and negatives, haemodynamic interpretation and a supported working differential. States any examination limits and explains the next steps to the patient.

How did you assess the neck vessels safely? Carotids assessed separately; JVP reported relative to the sternal angle with the patient’s position.
